Namaste, I’m Imogen.
I’m Imogen Navarro, a yoga teacher based in North Vancouver, Canada. With several years of experience guiding students on and off the mat, I focus on creating calm, supportive classes that help people reconnect with their body and breath.
Inspired by the mountains and ocean of the North Shore, my sessions welcome all levels and offer a space to slow down, move mindfully, and restore balance.

Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic and fluid practice that links breath with movement. Expect a creative sequence that builds strength, mobility, and energy while keeping the mind focused and present.
Hatha Yoga
A slower, grounding practice focused on alignment and stability. Postures are held with awareness of breath to gently strengthen the body and create balance.
Yin Yoga
A calm and meditative practice where poses are held longer to deeply stretch the connective tissues, release tension, and encourage deep relaxation.
Beginner Yoga
A welcoming introduction to yoga designed for those new to the practice. Clear guidance and simple sequences help build confidence, mobility, and a solid foundation.

Enjoy personalized guidance with one-to-one yoga sessions tailored to your needs, goals, and pace. These classes allow for deeper attention to alignment, breath, and progression, all within a calm and supportive setting.
Studio Classes
Join group sessions in a welcoming studio environment. Practicing together creates a sense of community while still allowing space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
